Poor diet is the number one cause of death in the U.S.
Not cancer, not heart disease, not smoking, drinking and drugs. America’s top killer is unhealthy food. Seriously scary. But the good news is that means there’s an easy solution: Eat well, live longer! Limit your intake of packaged and fast food, sweets and soda, and swap in more lean proteins, fruits and vegetables.
