 TIGHT AND TONING WORKOUT FOR WOMEN

Do each exercise for 30 seconds on each side and repeat after the circuit for a total of 4 circuits. Rest 45 seconds in between each circuit.
Make sure to drink a lot of water, warm up for at least 5 minutes and stretch. This is a perfect workout to add some HIIT to!
