For years, I've been toying with the idea of going raw—eating only raw foods—for a week or so, just to see what it's like and what all the fuss is about (I have two friends who swear by eating raw). With a little breather from developing recipes coming up, I'm going to take advantage of my summer diet of mostly tossed salads and fresh fruit to see if I can do it. I'm also going to try my hand at some raw "cooking" with the following recipes I've tasted and loved but never made myself.
