Tip of the Day : Turmeric Milk (Haldi Doodh)

 is a wonderful Home Remedy for relief from sprains and internal injuries apart from cough and cold. Add a tsp of premium quality turmeric powder to 1 1/2 glasses of milk and let it Simmer. Drink the haldi milk (with/without sugar) twice a day.
