CALCULATING CALORIES

So lets get you ready for the rules and regulations of this “30 Day Eat Clean Train Dirty Challenge". The point is to eat clean and train literally dirty for 30 days. When I say train dirty it should be at your own pace depending on your fitness level.

The goal for meals is to eat 5-6 clean meals daily every 3 hrs on the clock no matter what. What this will do is kick your metabolism and make it faster therefore burning more calories. Once you have determined your macros divide your caloric intake by the meals you will eat a day. You will do .8g to 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight and do the same math. 
There will be 1 Challenge every week that your selected gym buddy and yourself will perform. I will be posting videos on how to perform whatever exercise i choose.

Exercise goal: 
For starters: strength training 3 times a week followed by 30 min post cardio. This doesn’t include the challenge. (Ill be posting my own workouts which you will chose 1 leg day, 1 upper body circuit, 1 total body circuit). For intermediate to expert: You will perform all my workouts including cardio post workout.
